 Masih bwh Dr Ng until 15/10.
Dia pakar Neuro, tak buat fisio lansung.
Ops pun tak perlu. Cuma tunggu ujian darah yg htr kat Australia.
Masalahnya deterioration of the nerve cells... Motor neuron disease. Cause unknown.
Smalam dia nak wat lumbar puncture, abh tak agree.
Tu pun cuma utk kajian jer!

Miracle

Jgn tgal solat kta ikhtiar Allah maha p'gubat sgalanya bah. Kta sama2 mohon ye.
Ada miracle dlm dnia ni bah. Jgn patah smgat &ptus hrpan ye.
Allah sayang pd hambanya yg mohon pdnya &yg tdk b'ptus asa.sakit+kcewa+etc kdang smua

Riluzole

Tq Dimar.
Riluzole tu cuma menyekat kematian terus nerve2 abah. Kini tinggal 10% jer lagi.
Dlm tempoh 3 minggu ini kalau takder perubahan Dr Ng pindahkan abh ke
PPUM bawah jagaan Prof Goh. Atau mana2 yg dululah.
Anyway, i love u all plus your mother too.

Dr Ng kata abh cuma ada baki 10% nerve yg tinggal. Ubat yg RM2000 ni, cuma diharap dapat memberhentikan damage kpd 10% tu.
Klau tak berjaya abh mati lah!

Balik umah Bangi dah. Lumbar puncture abh tak buat.
So, Dr Ng bg tempoh 3 minggu, pastu klau tak ada kemajuan dia akan tfr kes
ke PPUM bwh Prof Goh. Dr Ng dah anta darah abh ke Australia, result within 3 weeks too.
Abh mungkin ada 1 bulan lg utk hidup.

Damaging my nerve system

No lah. No guarantee for cure. Last known victim to this disease was Mokhtar Dahari.
By the grace of God and with all ur prayers i hope to make it through.
This coming month is crucial for me. The disease has to stop damaging my system.
That medicine is supposed just to do that.

Oh yer. Dr Ng dah wat referrel to Prof Goh at PPUM.
After this abah will be under him for good or for worst.

Operation

Ooo...lega skit dima dgr tk yah ops...bahaya kan ops...takper,
ikut aper yg dr ng tu suggest...insya allah fisio tuh nnti byk tlg abah kan...
tgkla mama kan dh ok kebas tgn die...2-3 thn bt fisio...

Miss Hanim

From DEMC I was referred to one Neuro Specialist at SJMC

One particular Nurse escorted me from DEMC to SJMC

Miss Hanim was the nurse

Very polite and kind and very understanding too

I was very depressed knowing that i might be operated soon

And the cost was so high..beyond my budget

She comforted me that the cost is reasonable and can always talk with the boss about it

She really helped to ease my tension

I was diagnosed as a victim of mnd menace as of 28th September 2011 by Dr Ng of SJMC Hospital in Subang Jaya. From then on I was frequently called to see various doctors in furtherance to this disease. Here are the dates and venues of my appointments:
1. 26th Sept 2011 - 27th Sept 2011- Warded at DEMC in Shah Alam.
2. 28th Sept 2011 - 29th Sept 2011- Warded at SJMC in Subang Jaya.
3. 6th Oct 2011- MC
4. 13th Oct 2011- MC from PPUM
5. 15th Oct 2011-16th Oct 2011-MC from Klinik Bandar Sri Putera.
6. 21st Nov 2011-MC from PPUM
7. 29th Nov 2011-MC from PPUM
8. 1st Dec 2011-MC from PPUM
9. 6th Dec 2011- Next appointment at PPUM

Warded at DEMC

Was warded at DEMC at 0900hrs

My eldest son made the necessary arrangements

Then was referred to Dr Chang

After making the necessary clinical examinations..

I was prescribed with this expensive medicine

Riluzole

Suspect MND or ALS????

Then after 2 days at DEMC was transferred to Dr Ng at SJMC
No one visited me during the 4 days i was in hospital
I mean my family, but the nurses came periodically to say hello
and attended to my needs
